- Above market pay - Communicate continuously and build relationships with the worlds largest Private Equity firms, Consulting Firms and Hedge Funds - Great co-workers - Growing faster than any other company in the space - Promoted within 6 months

Cons

- People here complain about having to send lots of emails...welcome to every job on wall street and the rest of the world.
