The other people who work there are nice, social and fun.

Hours, targets, basically no management, no loyalty, constantly moving goalposts, no loyalty, no respect and worst of all VERY FEW EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AFTER THIRD BRIDGE

Role isn't what it seems

- Nice office and location - Okay base salary

Cons

- This role is more of a sales role, as 90% of your time is spent trying to find specialists to consult with. Emails/cold calling experts all day. - Less "research" more outreach. - Targets are very unreasonable hence the high turnover in the department. Seems the company is taking advantage over a weak labour market and oversupply of graduates.
