Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's great to hear that you appreciate the compensation and colleagues you work with! We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment and that this may mean working longer hours at times. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and incredibly employee-focused (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!). Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at theteam@thirdbridge.com if you would like to discuss your feedback further. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We love to see that you enjoyed working with your colleagues and were able to gain exposure to a corporate environment. Firstly, we aim to be realistic and transparent in our job advertisements regarding the role responsibilities so that people who are interested in applying know what to expect. At Third Bridge, we have a high performance culture and while sometimes it may be necessary to work additional hours and with flexibility to support our clients, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and employee-focused (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!). Regarding leadership, team members are given opportunities to demonstrate leadership skills within their teams from the early stages of their tenure with Third Bridge. This helps prepare them for the responsibilities of being a people leader. Lastly, on work-life balance, we acknowledge that being in a client-facing role involves responsibilities like cold-calling, follow-ups and other outreach. Many of our team members find fulfilment in this competitive environment and enjoy the tangible rewards of meeting their goals through performance-based bonuses. Thank you again for taking the time to share your review.
