Pros

If you enjoy sales, you will enjoy this work. It is entirely made up of cold calling

Cons

Management loves to misrepresent the job when hiring, it needs to be understood that this is a call-center, cold calling position. You are not doing research, and you have no real actual connection to consulting, private equity, or anything of that nature. You are cold-calling, and doing SALES. Your targets for this company will only be achievable to you if you are doing 50-100 cold calls a day. Unless you wish to do sales, absolutely stay away from this job. You will have no career path or learnable skills outside of sales after working in this position. You will be stuck on a sales floor, and expected to cold call for 9-10 hours everyday. Rinse, repeat.

Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and employee-focused to reflect this (including compensation and uncapped bonus schemes!). We also strive to be as transparent as possible about the day-to-day responsibilities in our job descriptions, so that we attract the right people for the role.
