      Pros

      When I started about a year ago, it didn't seem like the place that I was hoping for. Since then, new CEO, new VP, and some other changes have really made it a fun place to work and it feels like the company is getting better. Fun exercise classes, work from home 2 or 3 days per week.

      Management is awesome. They are relatable, smart, and really care about their team as much as where the company and brands are headed. The design and marketing teams behind the product are so impressive. The company culture is one of the best I have experienced. You can tell that the future is very bright for the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Since the company is growing significantly, every day and every year is different than the last. You have to be flexible and open to change if you want to enjoy working at this company. Hitting your quarterly goals is also not a very easy feat.
