Pros

Over the Summer when Thom is gone you wont get yelled at, but every single one of your projects will fall behind

Cons

- horrible leadership, starting with Thom, who is condescending and an overall bad person - the financial side of the business is criminal, things are bought at super discount sales and up charged exponentially- it's completely unethical to clients - There is no help with career growth, the senior designers do not set examples or teach juniors how to succeed - the moral of the office is push blame on others in order to prevent a fit in your direction from Thom - Benefits are the bare minimum, less days off than there are banking holidays

N/A - no benefits to working here.

Cons

no onboarding, toxic work environment, no leadership, poor pay. The worst company I have ever worked for. most people do not last more than a few weeks or months. do not do it. every employee will face the owners wrath on a daily basis. you can count on that.

Pros

I got to answer all his questions. A very good employer. He would call me every day to scream at me or someone in the office. I got a lecture on how to charge personal expenses to clients accounts. Delta airlines.

Cons

Hours are not flexible and no option to work remote. Expected to do unpaid work on weekends/Holidays. Toxic office due to designers who cannot take their own messages. His Hygiene ??????
