Pros

Well published and recognized design company based in New York City. Office/studio was large and very good for creativity. COO always present to answer questions.

Cons

No training or onboarding by management. Client budget not well managed by studio manager. Expected to pay vendors using personal account. 401k plan not accessible until your 3rd month of employment.

Pros

Clean office, open desk concept with your own nook. Ability to learn a lot about interior design. Really talented and fun people.

Cons

CEO is a terror. Poor salary. You’re expected to eat lunch at your desk and work a lot of unpaid hours.
