Decent pay could be more, great insurance and bennies

Cons

Many hard workers get work put on them from the lazy ones. Black workers are favored because company is scared of lawsuit. Been this way for years. Company unfortunately is going downhill due to hiring the lazy workers and letting the lazy dictate everything
