Pros
The mission of the company which is building vehicles that transport precious children, is something that permeates the culture. There is a tremendous amount of pride across all levels of the organization from the shop floor to the executive team. The culture is cooperative. Nice perk of being able to lease a Mercedes at discounted rates because TBB is part of the Daimler family.
Cons
Although the compensation is not poor, it could have been a little better.
