Depending on who and where you work within this company greatly dictate the pros

Cons

The lack of attention and willingness to address employee issues/complaints by management made this a very difficult company to work for. I have never worked anyplace where so many of the employees were just completely miserable.

My staff was great to work for. I loved them all

Cons

Absolutely the worst company to work for....the so called leaders in the company have no idea about what leadership is or how to lead people. They are scared of change and prefer stupid people working for them so you don't have an opinion and simply are a yes person. Such a shame that the company stands for so much but practices none of it.
