Thomas Edison Electric is a professional company which continues to grow as you do. The motto you will hear from the CEO of the company is "Helping people grow personally, professionally, and economically." Having worked here for the last 2 years I can say with sincerity that he truly means it. Before TEE I was working as a Shift Supervisor at a local Starbucks. The CEO Joe and I formed a relationship as he was a regular of mine. He would check in on me and ask me about how College was going and what was happening in my life. One day when we were catching up he offered me the opportunity at an interview to work for his company. After going through the interview process and getting the job I began as an Appointment Setter. The training process was thorough and I never felt thrown to the wolves. As time progressed so did I. I was eventually trained as a dispatcher and gained extensive skills I did not have before working at TEE. I grew in my customer experience ability, I was eventually trained to handle new sales opportunities and gained technical proficiency in a variety of Service Industry related software. I have grown into a new person as a result of working at Thomas Edison Electric. I make more money than I ever have before. I have new skills I did not have before. With these skills I was able to negotiate for my Wife and I's first apartment together. I have purchased a new vehicle, have gotten married and am expecting my first child this coming Summer. None of this growth in my life would have been possible without getting a job at Thomas Edison Electric.
