      Lots of opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects.

      Cons

      Unless you work at one of the larger offices, there's not a lot of support.

      Had to go to the Site Supervisor for changes, because it seemed to be like everyone was one their own.

      Pros

      Good teamwork, and mostly good collaborations. People formed bonds very fast. It wasn't because of the hiring management.

      Cons

      Organization was not where it should be. Management says "if I'm here every day, then there is a problem." If you don't keep track of your hours with your own documentation as well as the documentation provided daily, youe hours may get clipped, and you can't prove otherwise.
