Poor Management team at Operations level .Terrible people skills .Very defensive about suggestions or comments from lower level managers . Its my way or the highway mentality .Very toxic atmosphere ,Hostile environment ,its like working in a war zone .You never know where the landmine is hiding .So many great people have left or sent away for no reason other than they wanted structure and understanding .Its a shame !!How is it a dictator can rule at this time and age and era.If the management team at the upper level does not like you or you made a mistake its doom your career is over.As for promotions or growth that's non existent .You can have several years experience and a great employee you wont be selected or talked to about any opportunity unless your in the shut your mouth and listen to me club .Its routine for managers ,supervisors ,shift leaders to be hired from the outside instead of developing the stock in house and create long term stability .This new people are not experienced and thrown into roles they can't possibly succeed in .Then after a few months they quit from failure or frustration . Lets not even discuss the pay scale for key people its not comparable to the other jobs we lose good people over a .25 or less than a dollar to the competition .People are afraid to ask a question for fear of retaliation .If you speak up you are labeled an sent packing.
