Beautiful facilities and great bar set up

Cons

Completely inconsistent with paying tipped staff. There is a problem at least once a month, if not more, and there is zero urgency to resolve. No sense of being integral to the overall success of the restaurant, in spite of knowing more about it than many managers . Site mgrs blame upper mgmt for poor decisions and then blame staff to the same upper management for their own failings. Turnover here is the worst I've ever seen. The ppl who actually care and try and help the business grow are short changed to try and incentivize new employees to stay. I don't think this is what Thompson set about to accomplish with his hospitality business but in my humble opinion, if you don't care of your worker bees, the whole hive collapses. Would highly recommend not accepting a job here unless you have an in with higher up management

m-f 8-5 work schedule with a one-hour lunch break

Cons

they are a job that has high turnover. There is no real training for their employees and do not have a great work-life balance.
