Pros

Enjoyed my colleagues! Good rewards for upselling in the resturant.

Cons

We had a man from management come and sit. Would barely say hello. Would continue to tell my manager that I did not wear the right shoes but would never say anything to me. FOund it strange he was so non confrontational with a high level position.

Pros

-We were given in depth training by HR during the construction of the restaurant. -The energy that this restaurant fosters is unique and I really enjoyed it. - The layout of the restaurant has an excellent flow and can be so efficient especially if you know how to set yourself up for success.

Cons

-Promotion process was mismanaged: • Had multiple conversations with previous management about promotion details (pay, hours, expectations) • Completed several hours of unpaid training and passed background check • New management and upper management unaware of the promotion offer, leading to its rescindment -HR and leadership disorganization -Lack of respect for employee time and contributions -Poor internal communication and follow-through -Inadequate and incorrect dry good ordering -Outdoor tables were white marble—impractical in direct sun -Not informed of correct start times for networking and corporate events
