      Terrible work culture and poor behavior

      Pros

      Some people on my team were good, and that's the only positive thing I can say about this place at the moment.

      Cons

      The work culture was awful. People chose to spread gossip and create drama. Most people were fakem and trusting anyone could cost you. Also, the work pressure was insane. You were suppposed to work brutal hours and exhaust yoursefl for little pay an no appreciation. I had the worst work-life balance.

      Pros

      I have only been here for less than a year, but it has been the best! I am so thankful for such an amazing team. The team is supportive and awesome!! I have learned so much and hope to learn LOTS more.

      I think the benefits could be better. It is increases quite a bit if you add someone to your plan.
