Upper management does not think about the staff at a unit level. They have very little disregards to their feelings and balance of life. All areas are short staffed. Over working the staff and pay them very little to do everything. Far as the managers they over worked, manager are over worked because they are salary employees. Short staffed is across the unit including board, retail and catering. All Employees is replaceable and they know it after they break their necks to over work, do overtime, and double time with little pay and respect. Job titles means nothing at Thompson Hospitality.
