Pros

there are no pros whatsoever

Cons

The benefits cost too much and the coverage isn't worth it; in the interview, they sell the company as an "employer of choice," but they pay pennies and don't care about your well-being. Management pretends to be oblivious about the unethical practices in the corporate office and out in the field. They are sinking fast and don't want to invest in their people. There's no such thing as damage control here; therefore they will never be an employer of choice! I should have trusted my gut about this place based on their reviews and reputation, but I gave it a shot and right away I realized what a zoo TH is. Horrible experience and time I'll never get back.

Pros

Will definitely prepare you for any other job you work for, due to the high need of having to improvise due the lack of proper staffing and access to equipment and products.

Cons

Heavy micro-management, firm believers of inflicting fear and not having true respect for employees. Will work you harder than any fast food chain or large company.
