Management expects employees to do their job by giving them information that they're supposed they're supposed to have and pass on to the employees. No training whatsoever, you get your training from other coworkers management doesn't train you with anything for anything or on anything. They are Petty. And also the Howard University staff likes to call and report employees and get them in trouble. And last but not least the Union. It's a joke they take money out of your check on accordance to how much you make but they never help. So basically you're just giving your money away to them for no particular reason
