Terrible Company to work for

Pros

No pros at all. I use to think it being a black owned company was a pro but working for them just made me realize why black owned companies get a bad reputation.

Cons

Upper management and Directors treat employees poorly. The food and recipes they serve to the kids at the universities are horrible. They don't listen to the ideas and suggestions of the people who are actually interacting with the clients and products. Director at unit I worked at has no morales and sense of business ethics.
