Pros

If you are unable to find a job at another company.

Cons

Don't work for this company unless you CANNOT find employment elsewhere! An employee works full-time hours but has to wait a year to get benefits. The corporate office ALWAYS messes up the employees paychecks. Employees usually have to wait several weeks to get their paycheck corrected.Thompson H. contracts at universities and corporations. The food service areas are managed onsite by the managers hired for each individual facility. The managers salary and bonus is based on the amount of money they save. So, management always under staffs the facilities by as many as TWENTY employees. And they work the employees they the do have like slaves. Employees have no rights. The corporate offices go along with anything that the management tells them. Management harasses employees they don't like. Especially employees who are intelligent enough to provide them with competition. Management makes up les about employees so that they can "write them up". New employees are paid more than long term employees. Most employees make between $8.00 and $9.00 per hour while preparing (while understaffed) food for over 900 students in a four hour period Management openly ridicules employees and their work. And amazingly, all of the managers are dumb! This company operates like a company from the dark ages of corporate and manufacturing history.

Pros

None, this company is the worst company I have ever worked for. Poor directors and district managers. Unethical business practices are the norm at this company.

Cons

Extremely high turnover in staff due to low pay for the front line staff. Was treated like trash when I suffered an on the job injury. Refused time off when my son had to have emergency surgery. Unrealistic goals set for the amount of inventory used by staff. Unrealistic work expectations for the staff on hand. When TH got their contract they immediately cut staff by 25% with the same amount of work required. Unethical business practices by upper management regarding time off and lying to the customer.
