Thompson Hospitality provides incredible opportunities for career development. As a fast-paced, growth organization they recognize star performers and give them opportunities to stretch beyond their current position with support from the top down.

Cons

As a fast-paced, growth organization there are challenges to stay on top of all the moving pieces. However, there is a commitment from the top down to adjust staffing levels appropriately to best support the company's needs.
