Was hired 8 years ago. learned a lot and I was promoted two times. Being a small company, I met the COO and CEO. Most large companies you never see your district manage!

Cons

A lot of hard work and human resources can do a better job communicating!

Cant really name any other than the break room at the corporate office is pretty nice.

Cons

Will work you to death, yet offer no support or clear directives; a culture of blame-who can I target to take the heat off of me? CEO is rude, and acts like he is above everyone. No feeling of collaboration or inclusiveness. They like backstabbing people and stepping on people who actually work hard to do the right thing. They are also greedy, going after contracts with little or no organizational structure, and expect it to work.

Pros

As long as you are obedient and don't rock the boat, you will have a job.

Cons

The pay is low for the amount of work managers have to do. Also everything must be approved by one person for the whole company. That can take months. This is a very top heavy company ran by a 4 foot 11 inch giant. (DZ) It takes so long to get people hired even if you drowning on the unit level. Craziest place I have ever worked. There is no work-life balance.
