Work life balance, great benefits, opportunities for growth within hotel, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with some of the best clients in the DFW area.

Cons

No vision, poor culture, lack of structure and processes, and ownership is extremely difficult, unappreciative and outright disrespectful.

Hotel open 9 months and there is still a bit of turnover. Especially in food and beverage.
