Pros

As many hours as you want. Insurance after 3 months

Cons

Managers treat you terribly. Managers take you tips. No breaks. If you know how do you job they feel threatened and keep you busy with grunt work. Banquets and The nine restaurant are the worst places to work. No break while working at the pool either. You are made to work in the heat and not allowed to break. 0 support or help from management. People are hired and don’t last more than 2 months. They praise laziness.

You're more of a doormen than Security No communication between members The radios are phones that have no signal Will get fired or relocated for anything Favoritism Kinda goes on..
