Employee engagement days are ok with family activities and raffles. Company supports the troops Good business outlook for many years to come. Dominates most of the industry

Cons

Company lacks strategic planning process to drive meaningful process improvements Company lacks maintenance planning, causing frequent production breakdowns Slow to react to changes in the market Leadership lacks trust in employees and micromanages often Leadership treats selective workers without dignity and respect. Pay is 20-25% below market average

Times are alright over all

Leadership sucks, the pay is garbage, benefits are trash and they expect you to be a robot when they are off pretty much every day doing nothing just complaining all day. I worked outside on the plant as well as inside and it’s been a horrible environment to be surrounded by, very toxic place to be. The pay vs the responsibility and the pressure DOES NOT MATCH AT ALL. Rather work at Sub Way .
