Management is awful. The lie and treat their employees like utter crap. Never work there.

Pros

Good pay, good pay, good pay. (If you don't count soul selling on your balance sheet)

Cons

Too high work demand, workers refer to the job as "going down the mine". bureaucracy, godless cubicle cemetary environment, no contact with managers. Not much regard for humanity in general.

Large Company Perks Good life/work balance Quality Products Smart People

Cons

Layoffs every fall Lots of change for changes sake. Leadership does not seem to be able to find direction. Not a growth industry
