Pros
I have worked in Thor for more than 5 years. Ever since I joined the company they, specially the President/Owner, Mr. Terry T., made me feel that I am part of it; that my voice matter and my contributions are essential. Likewise, as I have build camaraderie among my colleagues I realized that great things are accomplished with collaboration (all are treated equally; senior, junior employees are of same level in terms of respect) and that two or more heads are better than one. Technically speaking Thor Group continues to upgrade and develop new techniques and practices to better serve its client which is also beneficial to its employees in a way that each tasks can be done simpler and faster. In my own perspective, every meeting I attended in almost 6 years that I worked with them, was a good venue of learning and a priceless opportunity to discover business management tactics and strategies which led me to run my own business now. I am just grateful that during those years that I have to work, have worked with the best people; people who are not only good at what they do but are also willing to share their expertise to others specially to me.
