Pros

Terry Thormodsgaard always leads his staff to always be helping other people advance their dreams and objectives and provide a way to help get them to achieve their goals at work and in their personal life. He helped me become a better person when I worked with him. He is a problem solver for his clients and his staff.

Cons

Hard work is always rewarded at Thor - if you're not up to doing the work don't bother applying to work there.

I enjoyed my time at Thor. I was right out of college and I learned many great lessons about business. I enjoyed the people and the environment. 5 Stars

Pros

I worked there for over 10 years, 11 years ago and learned a lot from Thor Group. Honed my sales leadership skills and the executive team would always listen. Invested a lot in their employees to learn the business. Integrity was never compromised and a very professional environment
