Pros

Good benefits. Very few capable employees so if you’re a go getter you can move up quickly. That is of course if you can handle working with some of the most incompetent people you can imagine.

Cons

Company is trying to grow faster than they are capable of. Expect the world out of their stand out employees and fail to weed out discipline their sub par employees. Everyone capable leaves soon enough. Lots of mid level management types that no one in the trenches is sure what they do. Overall a very creepy place to work.

Pros

Great people to work with. Awful conniving people to work for. The “leaders” with the highest turnover in their departments say employees are leaving at high rates for various reasons, unrelated to them, such as pursuing other careers. WRONG- this couldn’t be further from the truth. You guys need a reality check! Your employees are leaving YOU as a boss (leader/manager would not be fitting to say here). Come to terms with yourselves and realize you are the problem…not your employees.
