Pros

Good people on the floor but some supervisors and upper managers treat people crappy.

Cons

VP of ops is ok ops manager and supervisors doesn't know how to handle their people. Benefits going downhill. They tend to blow smoke even about moving to s carolina and what they are paying.

Top Heavy Management Structure No one wants to improve anything that is broken. No 401K contributions Eroding Health Benefits Selective "random" drug testing A lot of the reviews on this site are generated by Management to hide the awful truth.
