* Professional and supportive management in my department who support a healthy work/life balance. * Company has made, and continues to make, investments in equipment and staff resources to support producing quality products. * I feel valued and have a great deal of job satisfaction. * Providing an on-site lunch for all shifts is a bonus.

Cons

Occasional growing pains and interdepartmental communication issues, however, this isn't uncommon in my experience and these issues are being addressed.

*This is Northern Idaho People *Hard work is noticed and rewarded *Outstanding benefits package! *Clean, clean, clean! (one of the perks of working for supplement co) *Plenty of room for advancement *I'd say the hourly is above average for this region

Cons

*Not much in line for retirement *Campus security precautions seems a bit much for Sandpoint Idaho, but I guess that's the world we live in
