Pros

Thorne is truly disrupting the health and wellness industry through personalized health care, reputable products, and great people fostering a startup environment. Everyone is incredibly intelligent and seems as if they all love their work. As a small company and upper management encouragement you have the opportunity to work on a vast amount of projects. Also, the upper management has encouraged a great work-life balance - even had/have the opportunity to work remotely.

Cons

Every company has pros and cons but I haven't found a big con for me yet.

It's an exciting and fast-paced environment, because of Thorne's investment in constant innovation and being the forefront of combining technology with personalized health. Everyone is extremely intelligent and motivated, so you are constantly learning about new fields and industries. You get to work on different passion projects because of upper management's investment in the employees. Overall, love coming to work everyday.

Days are very busy because of all the projects you work on.
