Pros

I have worked for Thorne for over three years now and I couldn't be happy with my experience here. The company really promotes a "team" mentality demonstrated by the fact that my colleagues are always willing to help me solve complex problems or stay late at the office to make sure my team meets important deadlines. But, the thing I love most about Thorne is the Senior Management team. They are always willing to listen to any and all ideas and really invest in your professional development.

Cons

The company is in a stage of growth and has not been hiring as fast as it has been growing. So, at times, the work load can become overwhelming. But, the upside is that there are so many interesting projects going on that there is never a dull day here!

Pros

Thorne Research is a stable company that is continuing to grow. Management promotes personal and professional growth of their employees. There is an "open-door" policy so you can go as high as the CEO if you have any questions or concerns. Employees enjoy several benefits such as free lunches, monthly product allowance and free consultations with the physician's on staff. The location is quiet and beautiful. The work atmosphere is professional and the people get along well.

Cons

space is becoming limited at the current facility.
