I love it here! my co-workers are all fabulous people, and I love that we have high standards for our products. The patients health is top priority for Thorne. Enough to where we can guarantee the products. - We will NEVER settle for less -

Pros

Thorne Research is a company committed to quality, not only in their products, but within their employees as well. Developing your talents, and stretching your limits is encouraged and supported. My job is filled with challenges and opportunity to advance my skills, and I am not micromanaged while doing so, but trusted that given an assignment I will take care of it effectively. I take pride knowing that my manager is willing to push my current knowledge and limits to see what other talents I may posses, and what other possible ways I can grow within the company. This has been one of the best jobs I have had, I enjoy being part of a company that holds such high standards, and empowers their workers the way that they do.

Cons

There were some growing pains for a while, as the mid management was going through some necessary adjustments.

Pros

Company is continuing to grow. Great opportunities to advance within the work place. Great way to become educated by being hands on. Management is willing to listen to ideas and solutions. Great management team.

Cons

Lack of space, with our continued growth we are out growing our current space. Also some departments are low on staff members and I think it would help to have additional employees in some departments. Need more employees who can multi-task
