Cons

The company itself is great, management not so much. Most supervisors are a walking HR violation. They make promises they cannot keep and treat employees like numbers. If you are looking for a place that respects their employees and follow their mission statement than Thorne is not the place for you.

4 day work week for some positions. Full medical, dental and vision plan Free lunch

Cons

Top heavy management. At times it is hard to find a qualified supervisor to help with internal information. Human resources doesn't utilize its own programs to help employees and keep good employees. Very difficult to advance in this company. Currently relocating across the country. Salary structure flat and minimal increases have been given over the last decade. No 401 k match. Managers do not have conflict resolution skills. Free lunch is unbalanced. For a nutritional supplement company it is ironic the meals are what they are.

Top Heavy Management Structure No one wants to improve anything that is broken. No 401K contributions Eroding Health Benefits Selective "random" drug testing A lot of the reviews on this site are generated by Management to hide the awful truth.
