Pros

- Many of the most innovative sales minds that do not simply run a playbook. Actually know how to prepare, craft, and execute a variety of sales cycles - Impressive comp structure for performance & over attainment- some of the best that I've seen - Broader team genuinely wants the customer & sales team to succeed to meet the large goals communicated broadly

Cons

No room to hide. Company uses their own data & analytics software to find areas of improvement and does not fail to act to improve.

Amazing Opportunity!

Pros

* This is truly an organization of caring individuals. Our culture is based on the simple concept of selfless excellence and I see that in action every day. * This is a late stage start up that provides an amazing balance of innovation, risk taking, speed, impact and safety. * There is never a doubt that the work that me and my team are doing is making an impact. I know every day that I have an opportunity to contribute to the companies success. * We have the most amazing benefits I've ever seen! I don't pay any premiums for me or my family, and haven't spent a dime out of my own pocket since I joined. When I asked why we do this, the co-founder told me it was because it's the right thing to do for our employees. We ask so much of everyone, every day, the last thing he wants anyone to worry about is the health and safety of their families.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily say this is a con, but more of a learning curve for us - we need to figure out how to create the right balance for the teams who have to collaborate across geographies. We're focusing on ways to address this, which is great, but it is a tough problem to solve.
