      Pros

      have an open culture with transparency on all details what is priority. everyone is accommodating to schedule meetings based on each others schedule during work from home . Have no meeting Wednesdays to focus on work at hand. global challenges and meditating sessions to improve fitness and well being of employees. generous health care policy with 0$ copay and out of pocket charges.. have very flexible PTO policy.

      Cons

      no 401k match . no metlife or legal benefits. no plans yet of going back to work or talk about it. Personally I like working from office as there are well stocked kitchen snacks, coffee and free lunch. But, grateful to work from home during pandemic and having a job.

      Really smart people. Good mission statement. Good product.

      Cons

      The company lacks any long term vision, the strategy changes too fast to know if the changes worked. Everything is reactive and on fire, there is never time to actually put a cohesive plan together so the end product is jumbled and unclear. Instead of taking the time to hire a world class team, it seems like we just look around the room and pick someone internally. Leadership has created a culture of defensiveness, you can feel the pressure from your managers and if you question anything expect a justification instead of a conversation.
