      Pros

      CEO & executive team walking the talk track, being thought leaders and inspiring the whole company to drive forward for our customers. Product is truly game changing, enterprise grade with massive potential which it is realising to positively disrupt the incumbents. Too many use cases to list, great customer logo's and huge pipeline. Partnerships with Snowflake and Microsoft are delivering on their potential to expedite cloud journey with SaaS becoming a huge part of our business.

      Pros

      Leadership is open and involved. You are part of a broad team but are given autonomy. There is plenty of room to grow. The product is great, with tremendous focus on the user. Compensation and benefits are great.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do with competing priorities, so time management is challenging.
