Pros

I love working at ThoughtSpot as a member of our marketing team. The culture is very team first, highly collaborative and the team has a bunch of awesome people who are easy to work with. There is motivation to do well and see the company thrive. The leadership is personable and approachable. Our product is amazing and we want everyone to know about it!

Cons

Mostly just typical startup culture…sometimes long hours and Slack messages after hours or on weekends.
