      - very strong leadership team - done it before - very nimble on both product and sales side - take care of people - good salary, benefits, moves etc

      Cons

      - still refining go to market motion - only 2 years out of product pivot (though results are strong)

      Pros

      Work/life balance, great compensation, and perks, always willing to listen to employees and improve employees' situations, tasks, and deadlines. This company really values its employees. I have never had it better.

      Cons

      Company is still a start up and it does have aggressive goals which the exec staff will admit so that may deter some people from wanting to work here.
