Great until acquiring Mode

Business Outlook

Pros

Great benefits, great family-like culture, and everyone worked together to help the customers. The acquisition of Mode created separation and many of the leadership started to leave or laid off due cost savings and AI focused work.

Cons

Many of the jobs were outsourced to India. If you were not Indian decent or related then you felt like an outsider. They tried to make everyone inclusive but culturally not possible due to the ratio.

Pros

Base pay is ok, aside from that there are no pros

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment with high turnover due to very poor leadership and politics. There is very little training and onboarding. The company as a whole needs a ton of work if they want to retain good talent and success.
