Pros

Base pay is ok, aside from that there are no pros

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment with high turnover due to very poor leadership and politics. There is very little training and onboarding. The company as a whole needs a ton of work if they want to retain good talent and success.

Pros

* innovative product * good health care benefits

Cons

* highly political * employees are overworked and underpaid * some teams are dysfunctional and unorganized * zero work life balance (if you want a life outside of work, don’t come here) * based on previous reviews, their culture of selfless excellence needs more work. it seems to be more of an issue now

Don't do it

Pros

Excellent health insurance, and that's about it.

Cons

Oh goodness, where to start. The Mode acquisition has been downright painful. A very clear emphasis on moving R&D mostly over to India which was then comically backtracked after people unsurprisingly picked up on what that meant for their jobs in the US. Lots of unprofessional behavior such as arguing in large format meetings. Low TC and if you came over from Mode your equity was effectively zeroed out in the transfer. Regular layoffs at review time. The worst of SV bro and toxic hustle culture.
