Pros

Work/life balance, great compensation, and perks, always willing to listen to employees and improve employees' situations, tasks, and deadlines. This company really values its employees. I have never had it better.

Cons

Company is still a start up and it does have aggressive goals which the exec staff will admit so that may deter some people from wanting to work here.

Pros

1. Product usability and future scope ( easy to use ) 2. Good customers count 3. Non CTC related benifits ( insurance , internet etc ) 4. Competitive salary

Cons

1. Titles are not aligned with market standard.many seniors folks with MTS title and slow career growth within company 2. Layoff ( regular layoff in name of business restructuring ) .Performance driven fear culture . Any company can't run only with rockstar and no employee can be productive all time .No PIP 3. Very slow promotion and career growth 4. No work life balance 5. Multilayer hierarchy and less transparency ( though leaders are experienced but no real skip level interaction etc. Most of discussion goes where leaders are telling more instead of listening ground level folks issue) 6. Trying to scale in terms of headcount but not able to maintain good culture 7 monolith system Recruitment team sell themselves as Google to justify flat hierarchy but hardly near that.More of carrot and stick culture.
