no micromanagement great work-life balance still works a little like a start-up even though it's part of cisco

Cons

there are still processes missing that would greatly benefit the company. Even though it's easy to understand a certain process is needed, it takes time to develop it and to put it into practice. Misalignment between teams. Sometimes feel like each team is working on their own thing instead of collaborating.
