We embrace change and provide growth from within (25% of our people are promoted each year, and 50% of our Operations Manager roles in 2022 were filled internally). Each year through our Best Places to Work surveys we are able to analyze the data and responses in order to ensure we are meeting the needs of our employees. In that feedback, 97% of our employees said they understand how their role contributes to the overall success of the organization. Additionally, 94% of more said they believe we will be successful in the future while understanding the future plans, treat each other with respect, and believe in senior leaders.
