Pros

The people are nice for the most part. Actual work schedules aren't horrible, except the late nights and travel days.

Cons

1. Be prepared to spend around $1500 for equipment when you start. 2. Appointment schedules will have you driving all over the city and are not efficient. 3. You will almost always be the highest priced product. 4. Prepare to just make the base salary for 6-8 months. They won't sell it to you like that, and they will be super proud when the jobs you sell want be installed for 6 months..you will be waiting until then to get paid a dime. 5. Prepare for a lot of customer complaints. At least 50% of my jobs complained about something. Also if the crew messed up, and the customers don't pay, you don't get paid..hooray! They crews also have the ability to move parts of your jobs to the future which also delays your pay 6. I liked the managers, but Thrasher has a knack for hiring people with no experience in the field into management positions, and in my opinion doesn't properly train them. This was evident shortly after I started as many of the selling points to work for them were drastically misstated during the interview process. 7. Too many non revenue generating activities required for sales people. If this doesn't scare you, I hope you have 6 months of living expenses in the bank.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are extremely transparent in our interview and offer process when it comes to scheduling, travel and what both parties provide, this is also listed in the offer letter that you signed, so if you could please help us understand what was not clear, that would be appreciated. Typically we educate potential candidates on travel and schedule as follows: during the week appointments predominantly during business hours, and 4 nights of travel every 3 weeks (2 weeks local, 1 week of travel). When it comes to the Cons you listed below, we have a 4.7 out of 5 on Google reviews, we pride ourselves on the ecstatic customer experience we provide. We offer multiple ways for our customers to pay so it is a rare occurrence that it doesn’t happen. We pride ourselves on the relationship between our Production and Sales team and at the end of the day, their job is to take care of the customer. Part of what we require our sales representatives to do is to continue to promote the great services and solutions we offer to our customers, so we do ask for content submission to show before and after of their product so it can help educate future customers, so in turn, it does help generate revenue for our sales reps. If you would like to speak further, feel free to call me (402) 916-4206. Thank you. Amanda, HR

Pros

Flexible schedules with warm leads provided

Cons

They show no loyalty to anyone except management. They desperately want to be a large corporation, but spew the family-owned BS down every body's throats.

Pros

Warm leads given to sales reps. Quality sales process. Excellent Training. Best products in the industry. Uncapped earning potential.

Cons

Provide your own tools, phone, vehicle, laptop, printer. Leadership is constantly expecting unrealistic numbers from sales. Local management teams are just puppets for upper management. As soon as they figure out how to make more money by letting you go and keeping the lion's share of commissions earned, they will without hesitation.
