      The people are the best! Everyone is committed to being the best in our industry and Wowing our customers before, during, and after every installation.

      Can not think of any. I have personally referred family. friends and even customers to come to work at thrasher.

      Work hours are good with weekends off.

      Cons

      You are out a lot of money up front. You would need at least three months saved up before you start. Also it's hard to track your commissions. When you leave you will not get paid on anything that you sold if it installs after you leave. That's right they keep your money!!! Only a few people are making the money they talk about.

      Horrible place to work

      A place like this hires fast, and training is straight forward Incentives are fun at times

      Cons

      Management is incompetent. No one keeps their word regarding career opportunities. They gloat and praise the company regarding unlimited OT and they take it from you. Turnover rate is abysmal which is why they hire fast. You are told to do more than your assigned work and do not compensate. The office setting is very unprofessional, the dress code seemed to be set for some and not all.
