      Pros

      I love working at Thrasher. It is a great company and truly cares about the employees and customers. During this Covid 19 crisis it has been very comforting to know that the leaders of the company are taking quick decisive action to take care of the employees. There have been no layoffs and the company is focused on keeping the entire team intact. It is great working at a place that feels like family in the good times and in the tough times.

      There is no real con to working here.

      Pros

      I came into Thrasher not knowing what to expect and I love everything about the company. I have management who knows my name and cares about me succeeding professionally and personally. The company provides training and support for my daily tasks. Thrasher is a known presence in the community because they return the blessing they are given. They help and support me in volunteer endeavors and care about how they are going. Great place to work!

      5 Years in and it keeps getting better

      Pros

      Employee on-boarding, training and career development is the best I've ever experienced. Top to bottom, employees are held to a high standard for performance and professionalism. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. The work environment is positive. Lots of office amenities (cafeteria, gym, etc.).

      Cons

      Not a con - the organization is continually growing and changing, and change can be harder for some people than others. If you are adaptable and open to change, you will do well.

      Thanks for your feedback. You are spot on when you talk about change. We don't change for change sake, but we also don't operate our business scared. We would rather have the risk of failure than the risk of staying stagnate. And you are right, if individuals don't like that type of environment, they wouldn't like it here!
