      I am sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience while working here. It's unfortunate that your review doesn't give us much to go off of for us to improve others' experience. We have been named Omaha's Best Places to Work, for 3 years in a row, and that award is strictly based off employee's feedback on our culture, workplace, benefits, team dynamics and other items. As we have mentioned multiple times below, we know we are not perfect, therefore, we use surveys, check-ins, focus groups and even posts like this to consistently improve our processes and experiences for our employees and homeowners.       From a family ran business to a money hungry business when the sons took over. They over charge their customers and their employee's suffer from it.

      Pros

      I have been at Thrasher for over a year now, and their dedication to growing great individuals is at the forefront. If you are a person that wants to grow professionally and personally this is the place for you. Management will push you to extend yourself to be challenged, and the gift of high exceptions will be gifted to you. Your manager will push you to grow and get better as a person. They believe in work life balance and I appreciate that immensely. The great thing is that this company and the people have become my family. They help me balance being able to be with my family by blood but also create a culture that makes them my family. The management cares about me personally and I love where I am.

      Cons

      Within my department their has been turnover lately. Most people would view this as a large negative, and yes there are growing pains within it, but this has allowed our team to get stronger and step up. I appreciated management's dedication to getting the right people within the company that fully embody their mission and values, and if you don't believe those then it probably isn't the place that will fit most for you.
